The $100 Promotional Credit includes taxes and will appear on the customer's account in the form of a credit, applied upon activation. The $50 PPV credit excludes applicable taxes and will appear on the customer's account in the form of a credit , applied upon activation. Maximum one (1) Pay Per View credit per customer will be applied to the customer's account within a 180 day period. The Pay Per View (PPV) credits will appear on the customer's account as eight (8) PPV movie credits (to a maximum of $6.99 each). PPV credit is only redeemable for regular PPV movies, excluding events and adult movies, has no cash value and does not include ordering fees. Any unused PPV credits expire 90 days after date of activation. Conditions apply. Credits are not transferable. Basic installation of dish, first and second receiver included (in certain areas only). Multi-receiver Fee   Paying this fee means Shaw Direct customers receive a limited lifetime warranty on all active receivers in their home. This is an extension of the manufacturer's warranty. To be covered, all receivers must be registered on the account. Customers must be paying a $4.99 Multi-receiver Fee or subscribing to certain programming packages where the Multi-receiver Fee is waived or reduced.

Receiver Non-Return Fee     If you deactivate services prior to 12 months from the activation date and do not return your receiver(s) and remote control(s) to Shaw Direct in good working condition, you will be charged a Receiver Non-Return Fee of $200 plus applicable taxes.

Single Receiver Warranty Fee  Customers that own no more than one Receiver may purchase from Shaw Direct, for a period no less than one (1) year, optional limited warranty coverage for their Receiver (excluding the HDPVR 530). Customers that own two or more Receivers will automatically receive additional warranty coverage on each of their Receivers (excluding the HDPVR 530). In the case of the HDPVR 530, Shaw Direct offers a special program whereby Customers may replace the defective or damaged Receiver that are no longer subject to the manufacturers limited warranty for refurbished Receiver at a purchase price of $199.00.
